Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and AI in Business (BASMAIB)

Program Description

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and AI in Business (BASMAIB) prepares early-career professionals to move into management roles while learning how to use artificial intelligence and modern digital tools to operate more productively across business functions. The program emphasizes practical skill development in areas such as operations, project management, finance, marketing, and people management, while integrating the use of artificial intelligence to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance organizational performance.

Through applied, real-world scenarios and business projects, learners develop capabilities in problem-solving, operational leadership, and team coordination. The program equips graduates to transition from operational roles into supervisory and management positions across a range of industries, combining practical business expertise with the effective use of AI and digital technologies.

  1. Demonstrate practical knowledge of core business management concepts including operations, finance, marketing, project management, and organizational performance.

  2. Apply management, problem-solving, and decision-making techniques to improve team performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes in organizational settings.

AIB 4250 AI in Business Capstone Course Outcomes

  1. Synthesize strategic analysis and organizational factors to define a complex business problem and justify the need for technology-driven change.

  2. Design a comprehensive high-level technical solution blueprint, including data architecture and platform components, to address the defined problem.
